Lord, You call me to a holy life, because You who called me are holy. That word can feel impossibly high, so remind me that holiness is not about flawless performance but about being set apart for You, growing more like You over time. Make me holy in the ordinary places — my words, my habits, what I watch and think and do when no one is looking. Where sin has a grip, loosen it gently. Where I have settled for less than Your best, raise my sights. Keep me from both careless living and joyless legalism. Set me apart for Yourself, Lord, and make me more like You, one day at a time. Amen.
