Lord, my mind will not settle, and I am asking You for the peace I cannot manufacture on my own. Your word says You leave us Your peace — not the fragile kind the world hands out, but Yours — and tells our hearts not to be troubled or afraid. Quiet the churn of worry that keeps circling the same fears. I am not asking You to make every problem vanish, only to steady me in the middle of them, so I can think, rest, and breathe again. Loosen the grip of the what-ifs, and let me set down tonight what I cannot solve tonight. Where my peace depends on everything going right, teach me a deeper kind that holds even when it does not. Give me Your peace, Lord, and calm my troubled heart. Amen.
