Lord, my wife is broken-hearted, and I feel helpless watching someone I love hurt this much. Your word says You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds; do that gentle work in her. Tend the sorrow she carries, and the wound beneath it I cannot reach. Give me the wisdom to comfort her well — to know when to speak, when to simply hold her, and when to let her cry without trying to fix it. Let her feel safe enough to fall apart and trust she will be caught. Where my comfort runs out, let Yours go deeper. Bind up my wife's heart, Lord, and be near her in the ache. Amen.
