Lord, my son has exams ahead, and as his parent I feel the weight of them almost as much as he does. Your word tells how You gave young Daniel and his friends knowledge and skill in all their learning; grant my boy that same clear thinking. Help him prepare with focus instead of leaving it to the last minute, and settle the nerves that can make his mind go blank. On exam day, help him recall what he has learned and work calmly. I am not asking You to hand him a certain mark, but to help him do his best and to keep his worth from rising or falling with a grade. Steady my son, Lord, and give him a clear and capable mind. Amen.
