Your word tells me to fix my thoughts on what is true, honourable, and worthy of attention; help me gather my mind back each time it drifts. Quiet the noise — the notifications, the worries, the endless open loops — long enough to do one thing well. Give me the discipline to set down distraction and the calm to stop rushing through everything half-present. Where anxiety hides under my restlessness, meet it; where I scatter myself to avoid the hard task, steady me to begin. Help me be fully here for the work in front of me, and fully here for the people too. Gather my mind, Lord, and hold it steady. Amen.
