Lord, I struggle with confidence, and an interview turns up the volume on every doubt I carry. Your word says You did not give me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind; so quiet the fear that makes me second-guess each word before I say it. Remind me that my worth was never on trial in that room, and was settled by You long before today. Help me speak with steadiness rather than apology, to value what I bring without arrogance, and to stay kind even under pressure. Where nerves want to shrink me, give me a calm and sound mind instead. I am not asking to feel invincible, only to walk in as myself, unafraid. Be the steadiness underneath me, Lord. Amen.
