Lord, I bring You my child, who is fearfully and wonderfully made — not in spite of their differences, but including them. Your word says I am wonderfully made, and that is just as true of my child as of anyone; I want to see them the way You do: not as a problem to be solved or a diagnosis to be fixed, but as a whole person, beloved exactly as they are. So thank You for who my child is — their particular joys, their way of seeing the world, the things they teach the rest of us about love and patience. Give me strength for the hard days, the appointments, the advocating, the worries about a future I cannot see. Surround us with people and support that help us both flourish. Protect my child's dignity in a world that is not always kind to difference. And help me celebrate my child, today, for exactly who they already are. Wonderfully made, Lord — that is my child. Thank You. Amen.
